Global Deputy Chief Creative Officer
Joe joined Ogilvy in 2000 and now serves as Ogilvy’s Global Deputy Chief Creative Officer since 2018. Joe is an accomplished creative with a history of success both creating campaigns and as an agency and network leader. With Joe helping lead Ogilvy’s creative output globally, the agency network has seen incredible success..
Ogilvy Chicago has also earned great success under Joe’s stewardship. The agency was named the 2018 Clio Awards “Agency of the Year,” and he was part of the creative team that won the 2006 Grand EFFIE for Dove's Campaign for Real Beauty. His work has also won numerous Cannes Lions, One Show Pencils, Clios, Communication Arts, London International Awards, and D&AD Awards. Joe has led creative work for major clients, including Pernod Ricard, Constellation Brands, and Gallo, further cementing Ogilvy Chicago's reputation as a creative powerhouse.
Head of Strategy, Ogilvy Chicago
Chris grew up in London, UK – but has called Chicago ‘home’ now for over a decade. Currently he sits as Ogilvy Chicago’s, Head of Strategy, overseeing the brand strategy and comms strategy disciplines, as well as sitting on the North America Strategy Leadership Team, and being connected to our broader talent pool including research, consulting, behavioral science, and many other Ogilvy offerings.
Before Ogilvy, Chris spent 10 years working at Leo Burnett, leading strategy for various global brands including Samsung, McDonald’s and GM, to name just a few. In his leaderships roles he has been a partner to CMO’s and CEO’s in helping turn business objectives into growth-driving marketing strategies, and initiatives. He also has experience in the beverage and alcohol industry working with brands like Coors Light, Peroni, and Red Bull.
Strategy Lead
Madeline is an Effie and Cannes-winning Associate Strategy Director at Ogilvy, where she works with clients to build and nurture their brands. Her expertise includes first party research, message development, and integrated campaign planning. She began her career in PR, working closely with clients to navigate new product releases, announce major acquisitions, sustain executive visibility and secure timely coverage.
Madeline’s account experience touches several different industries including wine and spirits, CPG, consumer technology, and enterprise technology (networking and software). Her clients include LaMarca Prosecco, Gallo Wines, Workday, Nestle, Gerber, San Pellegrino, Intel, Google, and Ford Motor Company.

Whitney is a marketing leader with over 15 years of experience building brands. She excels at navigating complexity to develop integrated marketing programs that inspire action and drive business growth. Collaborative, resourceful, and outcome-driven, Whitney is passionate about leading high-performing teams that share her commitment to excellence. Throughout her career, she has partnered with top brands like Kimberly-Clark, SC Johnson, and Ford, delivering impactful results. She brings strategic leadership and creative problem-solving to every challenge. Based in Louisville, Whitney is always close by, ready to roll up her sleeves to work with you and raise a glass to great ideas.

Donna creates evocative ideas that make an impact. She has worked on all kinds of brands like Pernod Ricard, Jim Beam, Dove, Glade, Mrs. Meyers, Mondelez, Caldrea, FLOR, Truvia, Kotex, Suave, Motorola, Coke, and American Family Insurance. Her ideas live on every channel imaginable. Donna loves to flex human truths about beauty, motherhood, guilt, happiness and the American Dream into meaningful brand platforms. Not only has this been rewarding and fun, it’s been madly effective, earned media buzz and won all kinds of awards. Her work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, The One Show, D+AD, Clio Awards, London International Awards, the Effies, Fast Company, Vice, The Huffington Post, The Wall Street Journal, the One Show, Vice and the New York Times.
Creative Lead
Steve is an award-winning creative director and designer, known for blending strategic thinking with bold, impactful ideas. His work—recognized by The One Show, D&AD, Clios, CA, and Cannes Lions—has shaped brands across industries, from spirits to consumer goods to cultural institutions. Whether crafting compelling campaigns for Modelo or bringing fresh storytelling to SC Johnson and Sargento, Steve is passionate about ideas that don’t just sell but spark conversation, shift perceptions, and make a lasting impact. With a portfolio spanning everything from the City of Chicago to the Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day, he thrives on creating work that resonates with audiences and makes the world a little better along the way.
Design Lead
Gabe leads Ogilvy Chicago’s design group (affectionately known as Ogilvy485), in the development of branded design-systems for clients such as Coca-Cola, Absolut, Del Maguey, Corona, Modelo, UPS, Dove, IBM, BP, Motorola, Samsung, Tyson Foods, Unilever, Kimberly Clark, SC Johnson, Steppenwolf Theatre, the Lyric Opera, the Chicago International Film Festival and the City of Chicago.
His work has been recognized by industry award shows and publications, including: Cannes, the Effies, the London International, D&AD, Clios, One Show, Graphis, Communication Arts, Chicago Creative Club and the Best-of Ogilvy.
Media Lead
Shruti is a Managing Director with over 22 years of experience working on the brand and agency side, leveraging a full scope of data and digital marketing strategies to drive connections planning. At Ogilvy, she leads the Ogilvy Media practice across North America, delivering audience centric approaches. Prior to joining Ogilvy, Shruti worked at SapientRazorfish as a Senior Media Director, responsible for consulting enterprise level and B2B clients like KPMG and Corteva. She has implemented various digital transformation projects specific to developing Adtech to Martech solution for client like MOVADO and REVLON. She managed New York, Miami and Toronto media delivery teams, and award-winning activations for Patron, Vail, MGM (Online Gaming) and Borgata Resorts & Casino.

Shannon Vinton is an Associate Director with seven years of experience developing seamless connections between creative and media across the paid, owned, and earned ecosystem. Her client experience spans CPG, retail, government, and pharmaceuticals, including brands like Lowe's, Kellogg's, the Chicago Department of Public Health, and HyVee.
